Third presentation of lower back pain since 11 July, described today as "the ache is back again, it's been three weeks now". Worse in the mornings and on standing from sitting. Reports it now travels into the right leg on bending, which is new. No bladder or bowel disturbance. Father had lumbar disc surgery at forty. Adherent to Amlodipine.
